Westport Sales in June were 48.  This is up 65.5% from June 2009.  Monthly sales/list price ratio in June moved up to 94.8% from 92.6% in May.

 The Monthly median price in June was $1,150,000, unchanged from the same monthy last year. The three month average sale price is $452,574, up somewhat from $407,458 in 2009.

Monthly inventory of 430 in June was down 0.7% from 433 in May and down 4.2% from 449 in June of 2009. 

Market Time – The days a house was on market before selling was 92 in June, down considerably from 120 in May and down modestly from 105 in June of 2009. Months of supply in June moved down to 16.4 from 17.6 in May.
