Very early on in my career I noticed this trend and familiarized myself with the home building experience by participating in a few spec building projects.  The knowledge that I gained has been priceless and has helped me help my builder clients in the marketing of their projects.  I have been involved in the purchase of the building sites, the design of the homes, selection of materials and products, the marketing of the homes and finding the buyers and closing the deals on many of these projects.  I have worked with developers in condominium projects as well as many builders with single family homes.  I have also introduced buyers to builders and helped them to build their dream homes.  I have found this work extremely satisfying and rewarding.  It has been an exciting process.
