February 16, 2012 This past week there were no closings for single family properties in Westport. The new to market listings reported 22 properties and 85% listed over $1.3M. The listings which accepted offers asking price ranged from $1,059,000-$5,200,000, while pending sales(signed contracts) highest list price was $1.999,000.
According to NAR (National Association of Realtors) president, Buyers are expected to take advantage of market conditions this year and more buyers coming to the market will improve the overall economy.
