Hurrah! We can finally say goodbye to dreary January and February! The cabin fever has most definitely hit and I am really looking forward to the upcoming spring season. I am especially excited that Daylight Savings has come. I love having the extra sunlight at the end of the day for my walks with Rosie. And my garden is finally out from under all the snow and is patiently waiting for my attention. I can't wait!
I also can't wait for the spring market to arrive in full. This time of year typically brings out more sellers so we shall see what happens. Currently, Inventory in our area is very low so buyers need to act quickly and aggressively.
