am so excited for the clocks to spring forward and have an extra hour of daylight to enjoy all that the new season will bring us! I'm looking forward to the green sprouts pushing through the few patches of remaining snow. And, I'm ready for some consistently warm days, more sunshine, and all of those spring and summer activities which are the reasons we call Fairfield County our home. Spring is one of my favorite times of the year because those green sprouts starting to grow, signal rejuvenation and rebirth. The spring real estate market is beginning and our residential real estate values have been high, the average sale prices in 2022 were the highest since before 2005. This is good news and this is cautionary news. My 30+ years in real estate have taught me that the real estate ride can be like a roller-coaster. The best news is that we have an exceptional place to live. We have amazing amenities - from the natural beauty of the LI Sound, to the proximity of New York City, to extensive cultural, educational and entertainment venues. I am really looking forward to the new season and all that comes with it....especially helping you with all of your real estate needs!
