Sales increased significantly in most towns—especially Westport, Fairfield, and Wilton—while inventory tightened, leading to strong competition and sale-to-list ratios at or above asking in many cases. While Weston showed more variability, the overall trend points to a fast-moving, competitive spring market gaining momentum.
